Little India was very close to where I was staying so there was no excuse not to check it out. I liked the bright, colourful vibe, market stalls, and covered food halls similar to those in China Town but selling mostly Indian food. All very tasty and cheap ... which is what you want really, when you're at the end of your hols and cashflow is a bit more of an issue. As well as eating and checking out the shopping opportunities, the beautiful Masjid Abdul Gafoor Mosque is worth a visit. |
