Click on the pic to return to Ghana 2004 story Whenever I go to Saltpond, a walk along the beach is a must. It is beautiful and quiet. As soon as I got my camera out to try and capture something of the beauty and tranquility as the sun was setting ... these kids came running towards me insisting that I take their picture. They were really friendly, happy and having fun on the beach after working hard getting the fishing nets in and cleaning the boats. I was sorry to eventually have to wave goodbye as I headed back into town. But not before the women (who weren't about to be upstaged by the kids) insisted on having their very own photo opportunity.
