Nice day for the beach eh? What can I say. Manly was magic. From the short hop across on the Manly ferry to the friendly locals, pretty little harbour complete with sailing boats and the lovely beach . A great place to get over the jet lag. Apparently you can do a nice little walk round the area along the cliff tops at Fairy Bower but this day was strictly for seriously chillin' out. Finally our appetites got the better of us and we went in search of food. Luckily there's no shortage of places to eat. However we sought out the Manly Fish Market and Cafe. As the name suggests the fish shop is right next door to the restaurant. The food was great and the service efficient and friendly. A very relaxing way to finish of our day. Got the last ferry back to Circular Quay then back into central Sydney to prop up the bar in The Stonewall on Oxford Street. This was the beginning of the end of of my 5 year spell as a non drinker!
